AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay

Just great all around.

We moved to this hotel from a nightmare of a hotel that was a mile closer to the airport.(LAX hotels are commonly pretty painful, but this one is great).

Brand new and very clean everything. very quiet and pretty courtyard and rooftop. Room is so clean.

Amazingly nice staff. Everyone from this front desk, to the valet, to the bartender ray, to even the maintenance worker hav been sincerely so nice.

Everything here just makes sense. like everything was designed with common sense and comfort in mind.

It's worth paying the extra $40-60 a night compared to many of the awful LAX hotel options nearby.

Also, no pet fees. We love it here.

What a pleasure it was staying here. I was in need of a close to LAX airport before moving my MIL back to the east coast after a car accident.

Matt, the manager and Delilah at the front desk were the most courteous and professional staff possible. They helped us with last minute reservations as well as mobility access setup for the MIL.

Delilah even came up to our room to drop the MIL keys to her room when they were ready.

Above and beyond is certainly how i would describe the service here. 1000% recommend and will stay there again in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and consideration this hotel staff shows its clients. Everyone is accommodating, helpful, and very efficient, The gorunds are upscale and immaculate. Photo ops were erverywhere. The hot tub is miraculously soothing. I met some amazing people during my staycatiin.

Room was modern, sleek and gorgeous, Bed is super comfy, I slept like a log, I watched back to back episodes of the Office on the tv.

We has dinner on the rooftop, It was lovely. I do wish they had more variety on the food and drinks menu, but I really can't complain! i loved my stay. I love that this hotel is tucked away and private. Will definitely be back as this will become part of my self care routine.

The AC hotel south bay is one of the best boutique hotels i've stayed at. The location is near LAX, low key but in a prime area. The aura upon walking in made me feel so welcomed--it also has a light eucalyptus/zen scent that i loved! All of the employees were so nice and accommodating. The rooms are pretty spacious with higher than normal ceilings and a laminated wood floor which is aesthetically pleasing. Everything was clean and the towels were soft and super white. I didn't make it to flora, the rooftop bar but it looks like a vibe and i think it's open until 11pm. They have a small fitness center but it got job done. The aesthetic is very sleek and modern-- the hotel was built in 2019 and it shows. I would deinitely recommend and I'll be staying at AC hotels more.

My 3 nights stay at AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay over the memorial weekend was very pleasent. The staff was very professional and accommodating. My room was beautiful and very clean! The room smelt like freshly washed bedding and the bed felt like a cloud. The Property is very clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to book my next stay

Hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone from check in to check out was so accommodating. We went to Flora for appetizers and drinks and the wait staff was amazing and i want to extend a special thank you to Ramone who works the breakfast buffet. He made early mornings extra nice! Definitely will be back to this location specially due to the staff.

We held a small family wedding here, and it was exactly what we wanted. We were planning the wedding from out of state, and working with Anne, Samone, nestor, and the team was great. They made the experience so special, and they were very accommodating. if we had to do it all over again, we would not change a thing. The hotel is so close to the airport although there is not a lot to do around the hotel within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The drinks at the bars were delicious.

Had the pleasure of hosting a company party with the help from Event Coordinator, Annie walk. The party, being a larger event, was intimidating at first but Annie was great with guiding me through the process. She was always timely and available. The staff was all welcoming, escpecially the awesome bartenders. The locale itself is well designed, clean, and cool. Rooms are modern and new feeling.

The AC Hotel by Marriott Los Angeles has the best staff, Service, lounge/dinning options, and rooms. My wife and I got married in March of 2021 and due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change our reception venue 3 months before the big day. After a little research, we found the AC Hotel and connected with Jasmin, the sales and Event Manager. She provided all the necessary information and thoroughly explained all of our options. She was very flexible and took all of our requests into consideration. Once we agreed upon all the fine details, Jasmin sprung into action and really became our "Wedding planner". Jasmin and her staff took care of all the decorations, event space setup, and took care of all our guests and their requests. There wasn't one detail that was overlooked and we really appereciated the little extras they provided like the room upgrade and complimentary bottle of champagne. From the rehearsal dinner to the actul wedding reception, everyting went exactly to plan. The food and drink options were spectacular and both dinners were amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better reception and we have Jasmin and the AC staff to thank for it. Oh , and one little amazing add on is that this hotel is pet friendly! We highly recommend you book you stay, meeting, or event at the AC Hotel. They will take care of everyting you need and more.
